Christ is in our midst!
Hello, my name is John Hughes and I am an Orthodox Christian.
I was born in England but moved to Canada with my parents while I was a young boy.
Although nominally "Anglican" by heritage, my family was completely non-religious until we became committed Evangelical Christians in the mid 1970's via contact with the Wesleyan Church. In the early 1990's, after a long spiritual journey, I left Evangelical Protestantism and embraced Orthodox Christianity.
I hope that my blog will be of interest to the casual reader as well as to those seriously contemplating a move toward the Orthodox Church.
